Import of the frozen semen

Well, I'm interested in importing frozen semen form aboard.

Does anyone have experience in this, how are the health and custom regulations in Your county.

Did anyone of You have done it in Your kennel?

If You have done it, what is the procedure of implanting it in female, how is with number and vitality of puppies?

I have some dozes of frosen semen from America.
My frozen collect now in Finland and will be saving there (I hope many years).
I know some kennels, who have puppies from frozen semen
4 litters (SS dachshunds)
1st litter - 4 puppies
2nd litter - 4 puppies
3th litter - 3 puppies
4th litter - 6 puppies

I have not letters from frozen semen yet.
