CROATIA: Our dogs have to have Exc. or Vg at any show, must be over 12 mo. and for female under 8 yrs. and must have IPO (basic working test). Females have to have 365 days between 2 breeding but once in a lifetime she can have 2 litters in a row. Males have license for breeding for lifetime (until 8 yrs. normal than every year we have to prove that he is alive and healthy) But, there is also problem with judges that some of them are allowing missing teeth (for me that is OK as it is OK by FCI standard) and some don't and they have the right to exclude a dog with missing tooth(any) from breeding.
For kaninchen and miniature we have big problems but I hope that our kennel club will allow us to have possibility of changing pedigrees when dogs are 15 mo. old and allow us to mate between sizes (now we can mate between sizes, but must ask kennel club for permission and all puppies must have size like their mother)

SERBIA: well, i have heard that they just to have exc., vg. or g. ad any dog show to be able to breed and that they don't write sizes in pedigrees of puppies. Size of a dog must be written by owner at dog show entry and must be the same for every show (but, if the dog was very young when fist shown they allow to change size from kaninchen to miniature or from miniature to standard) They can breed together any sizes but must have the same coat. Male should be not younger than 15 mo. old and for females not younger than 18 mo. old.

Also we need to have for standards something called IPO- or some kind of english translation is basic working trial that includes water aport of a duck and chasing rabbit for dachshunds.

the breeding rules of Czech dachshund Club: 0. The dog must be registered at the club and the owner/dog keeper must be a member of the club. (now the rules for registration litters from not registered dogs for not club members are under discussion ...) 1. Standards and miniatures must be shown in any CZ dog show up to Excellent or Very Good after the age of 12 mo for standards and 15mo for minis. 2. Standards must have 2 hunting diplomas: Spurlaut and den trial (earth trial), minis must have any hunting diploma from CZ trials possible for dachshunds. Only contact Fox Den for standards and Zwergs or Rabbit Den Trial for Kaninchen Dachshunds is value from any abroad trials. 3.Standards must be fullteethed and minis may have no maximally any 2 teeth from the cathegory P1 or M3. 4.The dog must successefully transpass the special breeding committee (aka bonitation) at the age: standards after 12mo minis after 15mo where the dog is measured, weighted, teeth are checked and the whole dog judged "from the beginning". The male has got the breeding licence for whole life and the female -only up to 8yo. Female may be mated once during the calender year, only exception the female may be mated at the next season at the row, if she gave bith for 1 puppy. You must ask the breeding manager for special permission if you want to mate your female, who is elder that 8yo and you must do the health examination for this female, does she is able to be a mom at this age. It is impossible to bred standards to minis or minis to standards, parents with different coat (for example smooth male to wire female or alike), get breeding permission to mini from standard parent/s or to standard offspring from miniature parent/s or get breeding permission to longies from smooth parent/s or for smooth from wire parent/s. Kaninchen and Zwerg may be bred together, the miniature dog may be show as Kaninchen or Zwerg depends on its actual size, but now we have a regulation that the dog must be registerd in the show class up it is written at its bonitation list (Zwerg or kaninchen) only. link to the CZ cataloque of the studs: www.odchrudose.com/schp/PES.php
